How do I place an order with Shop for Tots?

Your order can be placed in the following 4 ways (all of which can be done in your PJ's if desired):

Website: Our online store is always open to receive orders and securely process payments.

Email: Complete the form on our Contact Us page with the items you wish to order and we will reply requesting confirmation and payment details.

Mail Order: Please click here to fill out an order form and post it to PO Box 432 Guildford WA 6055.

Phone: We would love to take your order over the phone or answer your queries between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm Australia Wide. Please phone 1300 868 774 (1300 TOTS SHOP) or for International callers +61 8 9250 5514


Are all items in stock and ready for dispatch?

Yes, we keep stock of all items at Tots HQ. If there is an issue with supply from our suppliers, we will place an 'Out of Stock' notice next to the item. There are a few large bulky items that will be shipped straight from the supplier, this will also be noted against those items.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

If your order is placed before 2pm AEST it will be dispatched the same day, otherwise your order will leave the next day. As Perth is a couple of hours behind most other Australian states, when your local supplier has ceased sending for the day, your parcel can still be dispatched.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Australia Wide: Using Australia Posts Express eParcel delivery service, means that your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days if you live in or near a city. If you live outer metro or country delivery will take an extra day or two. If the parcel is over 3kg, it will sent via regular eParcel and will take between 1-5 business days.

International: Orders are shipped using Australia Posts Airmail service. Delivery will be within 3-10 working days of placing your order, depending on location.

What are your delivery charges?

Australia Wide: Your order is shipped FREE of charge if the value is greater than $100. Otherwise, here are our charges:

International:  On average we charge between $15 & $30 for international delivery. There may be additional charges depending on the size and weight of your order, we will advise you if additional charges apply.

What packaging do you use?

We use re-cycled boxes where ever we can to help our planet. If we don't have a box that suits, we will use a satchel from Australia Post. We will always ensure your package is well packed to ensure it arrives to you safe and sound.

We ship using recycled boxes where possible!


What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Card: We accept Visa & MasterCard through a secure payment gateway.

Direct Deposit: You can pay directly into our account Shop for Tots BSB - 066 115  Account - 1067 3056. These details are listed during checkout.

PayPal: PayPal Express is available when checking out on our website.

Cheque or Money Order: Place your order online, then post in your cheque or money order within 7 days and we'll dispatch your goods on receipt. If payment is not received within 7 days, the items will be put back to stock.

What currency do you use?

All prices listed are in Australian dollars and include GST. GST will be deducted for international orders.


How do I know which size to purchase?

The following is a guide for sizing clothes. Please be aware that some brands are not standard sizing, we will indicate in the product description if the brands sizing is unusually large or small.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer a deluxe gift wrapping service for $4. Your gift will be lovingly wrapped in quality paper with satin cord and a hand written gift tag. We have a new fancy feature on our website, which allows you to choose the wrapping paper. Just click on your preferred wrapping paper, write a message and we'll create a beautiful looking gift.

Do you sell Gift Certificates?

Gift certificates are an ideal gift for the child who has everything. Our certificates are beautifully designed and presented in a gift pouch with satin ribbon. The recipient of a Shop for Tots certificate can easily redeem it on our website during checkout. You can select the value starting from $20.

Is my personal information safe with Shop for Tots?

At Shop for Tots your privacy is paramount; we will always respect and protect the privacy of our customers. We do not store credit card details, your payments are processed through a secure online payment gateway, once processed we will receive confirmation once your order has been paid and the amount.

All information that Shop for Tots does collect through normal business dealings remains confidential. Any information collected is only used for the processing of your order. Shop for Tots will never disclose or sell your personal information to any anyone..... period! If you would like your information to be removed from our database please email kate@shopfortots.com.au.


What is your returns policy?

FREE EXCHANGES or REFUNDS. We offer a full refund or exchange on non-sale items if returned within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange your purchase, just let us know what you're returning and what you'd like instead and we'll send your new item straight away. But we don't stop there, just to make it ultra easy for you we'll include a return bag with your exchange, so you can send back your unwanted item FREE of charge. Goods must be in mint condition, with no signs of use.

Who pays for the return postage if the goods are damaged or faulty?

We do! If your special package arrives and your goods are damaged or faulty, just Contact Us within 60 days of purchase and we'll give you a returns authorisation number and organise a replacement, quick smart!
